1)Develop overall understanding of TFX Medical business and deliver regional sales target on quarterly basis;
2)Develop and implement sales and business development plan for the region using available information;
3)Set goals, objectives and priorities for the team and ensure team members are aligned to regional/organizational goals through PMP;
4)Establish distribution network in the region and manage sub-distributor performance to reach sales target;
5)Lead and guide sub-distributor to execute company and BU strategy to make sure a healthy and sustainable business;
6)Build and keep good relationship with key accounts;
7)Organize marketing activities in the region and build brand image;
8)Manage OPEX in line with Sales Performance;
9)Coordinate with RA/QA department to collect AE details and coach subordinates how to handle AE events;
10)Ensure an energizing environment which motivates employees at all levels to give their best to the job;
11)Communicate upward and provide realistic picture of TFX Medical business。
1)Bachelor's degree or above in medical or business administration;
2)At least 8 years' experience in relevant industry and function, such as sales and marketing in Medical device;
3)Experience in distributor management is preferred;
4)Team management experience;
5)Good communication and presentation skills and strong interpersonal skills;
6)A good team player , initiative, excellent organization and coordination skills;
7)Well-planning skills;
8)Ability to communicate in both written and spoken Mandarin and English
9)Good analytical skills and effective problem solving skills;
